Welcome to the online gallery of Newmarket-based artist, Anne Ward.
Anne is an established, commissioned equine artist, who has worked in the bloodstock industry in the UK and overseas.
Her clients include racehorse owners, trainers, jockeys, breeders and bloodstock agents — among them the BBA, for whom
she painted Lammtarra (a former Derby winner and European Racehorse of the Year). Early in
Anne’s career, she was commissioned to paint leading 2yo filly
Pass the Peace for her breeder.

Anne specialises in portraits, but her subjects extend beyond racehorses and stallions and include all types of horses and ponies, as well as dogs, sheep and even cattle!
